Replacement Magnets
Replacement Magnets
8mm x 1mm N52
Ensure proper polarity when installing We recommend 2 part Epoxy.
Check proper polarity and mark magnet with Sharpie, mix epoxy and use toothpick to put dab in magnet opening. Scuff the marked side of magnet with some sandpaper and firmly seat into epoxy bed. Wipe off excess with paper towel and a little alcohol before dry....
Double check proper polarity, epoxy will give enough time to correct mistakes before dry.
DO NOT USE SUPER GLUE, it will make the plastic brittle and will not hold better than epoxy. Plus you have no mistake time.
*NOTE while the magnets should not come out on their own and are quite difficult to remove under normal conditions, these replacement magnets are really only intended for the off chance that you’ve lost one
